Steve helped me to rent out my house a few year back. He is a wonderful person and an excellent real estate broker! When I decided to sell my house, he is the first and the only agent I contacted. Steve is very knowledge, professional, dedicated to his clients and it is great pleasure to work with him. In the process he walked me through each important step, clearly explored and explained all options. He is always on-time for appointments, and patient with me! I would highly recommend Steve.

Steve Cunningham was the first and only realtor we worked with when we purchased our home in Attleboro last October. We were fortunate to connect with him through Zillow. Steve was nothing less than professional and has an extensive knowledge of the area. He is an expert of real estate processes and does not miss any detail. He made sure the P&S was accurate and negotiated a good price for us and whenever we needed something his response was timely. When we encountered an issue with the lender, Steve was able to steer us into the right direction and his suggestions obviously paid off. Buying a house is one of the biggest decisions one can make and Steve is an excellent realtor that helps you make a well grounded one. I absolutely recommend Steve Cunningham as a buyer's agent.

Steve was our agent on our first rental property purchase. We are now on our second rental property purchase and would not even consider using anyone else. He has been instrumental in providing unbiased feedback and advice on all the houses we have toured. We always take his advice into account when making our purchase decisions.

I have never been treated so horribly by a "professional." He talked to me as though I was twelve, instead of twenty-five, and repeatedly did not answer direct, standard, smart questions about the apartment I was interested in renting. Furthermore, watch out, because he will ask for a cashier's check for a deposit BEFORE he even shows you the lease! That is not right. I was very UNIMPRESSED with the way he handled my potential business- only looking out for his own interests. He was pushy, and did not give me adequate time to look over the apartment I was interested in. Also, he never told me exactly WHICH unit in the apartment building I was going to be renting. I only saw 1 apartment, and he could not answer basic questions about the immediate area. I will never use him again, and do not recommend him to anyone, especially not young adults.

Relaxed, reassuring, confident and professional approach to sales, would highly recommend. Working with Steve was very easy, very tuned to our needs and attentive.
