Steve was the absolute best realtor to work with!!!! He paid attention to all of our needs and walked us through every step of the process making it very easy for us. I would highly recommend him!

Working with Steve was amazing. His professional attitude and attention to detail set him apart from most of his peers. This is not the first time I have sold property, but it is the first time I've worked with someone so dedicated to his clients. During the whole process, Steve would call me, on a regular basis, to find out how he could help me. My house sold very quickly, without any problems. Steve is a man of his word, NEVER just telling you, what you would like to hear.

I have been impressed with Steve's marketing and expertise in the real estate business for quite some time by following him on LinkedIn and decided that when I was ready to sell my home, I'd like to work with him. I absolutely made the right choice! I was apprehensive about putting my house on the market right away and had to make some decisions that scared me a bit... Steve made me feel comfortable that things would work out. My house sold in a day and a half. The pictures of my home were beautiful and far beyond my expectations. I also worked with Steve on the purchase of my new home. I loved that he sent me only homes that he felt were a possible match. I didn't have to sift through dozens of listings, the homes I looked at were hand-picked. We found a home that was the perfect fit for me! Was there stress involved? Yes! I had to take a risk in order to get the new house and it was a huge leap of faith. Thankfully, that leap of faith paid off. I enjoyed working with Steve from the beginning all the way to the end at closing. I would recommend him to everyone that I know. He's an expert at what he does, he's extremely responsive, helped me understand everything I needed to know, and I felt like he was a friend. He's on top of things and all the information that he gave me was accurate and at closing it was what I was expecting. Steve went above and beyond by helping me with a project that was one of the inspection requests which saved a ton of money. I wouldn't call this process easy... it isn't. But I worked with someone that I liked and that I could trust and everything just worked out. I couldn't be happier! Now that I am in the new home, I am so glad that he helped guide me into taking this leap of faith because this (selling my home and the new purchase) is one of the very best decisions I've ever made. Thank you Steve!! :)

Steve and his team made this process very easy, and stress free! I couldn't be happier with the way things went. He was there for me every step of the way. Any questions I had were quickly answered. Steve Johnson made it feel like I was his number one customer when in fact he has many clients he is working with, he seemed to go the extra mile to make me feel like I was first. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell..

Steve was great. We had a great experience with him and found the whole process so easy and everything went exactly the way he said it would. The only surprise was how fast our house sold!!!
