Steve did a great job selling my home. Always helpful and responsive. He helped and gave good advice on preparing my home for listing. He was always tried to arrange showing that allowed me flexibility and the necessary time to prepare for the showings. And when ever possible he contacted me to let me know when the prospective buys had finished the showing. He was familiar with the current real estate activity and market.

Steve was a great agent. Steve made the entire process easy on us for our probate sale, walking us through the entire process of selling a home, giving suggestions and cautions along the way, and always ready to answer questions for us. Highly recommended.

Steve was the best. I'm a remote landlord and Steve went far above and beyond getting my property sold. I found Steve after he sold my neighbor's house in just one weekend. Steve managing many things for me when not there, even getting someone to mow the grass when needed with his own money knowing I was absent. He coordinated getting through a difficult permitting issue related to finishing a basement post build. Steve is a great agent, always on top of everything.....highly recommended.

Steve was excellent and did everything he could to get us the best deal. He helped us both buy and sell and was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him.
