I Highly recommend Sunny for all of your real estate needs! Very knowledgeable, caring, and great at communication! 10/10! She is so smart, speaks several languages, and my kids loved her too. She is a very hard worker, rarely takes a day off. She listened to our desires and she really wanted to help us find the home that was right for us. She was not upset when we needed to wait 6 months to start looking for homes again. She walked us through the process of selling our first home and always answered our questions in a timely manner. When or if we ever sell again, I will not hesitate to call up Sunny.

She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. She was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making herself available on short notice when necessary. We have used Sunny, at least 5 times over the past 8 years. Outstanding service, would not think of using anyone else. Finding a home is probably one of the most stressful experiences in your life. But Sunny made the process a complete delight. She asked me all the right questions and helped me narrow down my search. When visiting the potential homes, she was the perfect house guide. Plus, she was very informative and knowledgeable about the neighborhoods. She made it easy and was extremely patient. (I was undecided between two places and Sunny took me back twice to make sure it was the right fit!) What an amazingly positive adventure! Thank you Sunny Yates Realty!

Sunny was a pleasure to work with. She worked very hard to find a home that fit our needs without pressuring us to put in an offer. Anytime I had a question she answered honestly or got back to me quickly in cases that required additional research. I would highly recommend Sunny.
