Sunshine was recommended to us from by an out of state realtor friend, and we were very happy with her representation. She recommended a very good lending partner, was readily available for questions, and was more interested in finding us the right fit in a home as opposed to just making a sale. We were very impressed with Sunshine's negotiation skills, and feel she got us the best possible deal on our home. We would highly recommend Sunshine to navigate the home buying/selling process!

Sunshine was hands down the best, most attentive realtor my husband and I have ever worked with. This was our time moving and none of our prior realtors came close to the service we received from Sunshine. We sold and purchased a home with her and she worked hard to align closing dates and make both transactions seamless. We even had a situation in the eleventh hour that could have been a potential deal breaker, but she went above and beyond what she had to, in order to ensure the deal closed within the designated timeframe. She made the entire process, from start to finish painless and we are so thankful we worked with her. Thanks again Sunshine!

Sunshine will go above and beyond for all of her clients. When we were being relocated quickly due to a new job, we had to find a home quickly. There wasn’t much inventory and because we didn’t have time to get to MI we thought we wouldn’t find a house we would love. We reached out to Sunshine and she suggested having my parents go with her to see homes and she would video and FaceTime us. She spent Easter Day looking for houses for us and helping us debate the pros and cons on each. A few days later we had negotiated and were under contract. Being that we were in a different state for the entire process, we had to trust Sunshine to lead us and she did. We were kept up to date daily (sometimes multiple times a day) and the transaction went smoothly from contract to close and we couldn’t be happier with our home or our experience with Sunshine.
