TK Warden is the agent you want for the Outer Banks. She was knowledgeable and has a great understanding of the area and market. She made this buying process easy and painless. Buying a beach house was a big decision and she answered all our questions and gave great advice. Coming from out of state, we had limited time to see houses. TK and her husband took time out of their Father's Day activities to show us several properties. Luckily we fell in love with one and made an offer that same day. I highly recommend TK Warden for all your real estate needs.

T K Warden is very warm and professional agent. She always had time to talk to me about any issue that came up. She sold my lot in the OBX and I couldn't have been more pleased with her exemplary level of service. She is honest and kind. You couldn't choose a better agent.

When we began a search for a vacation home in the outer banks, our financial institution recommended TK Warden. We found TK to be outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable of the OBX marketplace. We found her to be an exceptional partner in this process. She was responsive, engaged and demonstrated time and again that she would go to extra levels of effort to help us understand both the advantages and challenges of owning a property on the coast. As a buyer’s broker she was patient and focused on our needs. We eventually purchased a home and with her advice and counsel prepared an offer that was accepted in competition with two opposing offers. During the settlement process she again demonstrated her commitment to us, helping to resolve some last minute issues with the seller. We would reserve our highest recommendation for TK Warden.

TK served as a buyer agent to help us acquire our beach home in the OBX. She was outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend her as an agent! Not only is TK extraordinarily knowledgeable about the real estate market, she's is very responsive and attentive to customers' needs. TK allotted a great deal of time out of her schedule to walk through multiple properties until we found the right home. The entire process was simplified, from beginning to end, due to TK's expert guidance and strong, interpersonal working relationships with local attorneys, lending institutions, and contractors. TK Warden and staff member Becky Rockis did an excellent job in selling our property. They know the local area real estate and how to sell it utilizing the latest electronic programs and sales approaches. All aspects of the sales process were explained to us so there were no surprises along the way. Since our year-around residence is a distance from KDH, it was very important to have TK Warden handle the final negotiations and arrange an easy settlement. We do plan to utilize TK's real estate expertise when we get back in the market at the Outer Banks and would highly recommend her to others.
