Teka was the worst agent I have ever had. She was not a good negotiator simply wanted to make a sale. Lost our earnest money because she decided to take a vacation instead of handling her business as our agent. I would not recommend her at all.

I would highly recommend Teka Walker if you are looking to purchase a home. She is very knowledgeable of the process of buying and selling a home. Whenever we had questions during the process, Teka was always available. Whether via text, email or in person, she kept us updated throughout the process. She communicated with the seller's agent and was masterful in negotiating the best deal for us. Even when she was recovering from surgery and couldn't personally show us homes, Teka was able to get another agent to assist us. As soon as she was physically able, Teka resumed assisting us and helped us find the most affordable house for us. Teka is a real estate professional that cares and she will make you feel like a valued customer from the first inquiry until the last paper is signed at closing!

Teka was awesome! For me being a first time home buyer, I had many questions about the process. Most of the questions she answered before I even asked. She was patient and was there every step of the way!
