Terrific. She helped us sell one house in a couple of days and then purchase a new one a couple of weeks later. Both closings were well coordinated. She went out of her way to be sure to be there for us when we needed. Excellent job with advertising and working with two sets of title companies.

Theresa did a great job selling our home. Her professionalism, eye for detail and her team put us in a great position to sell quickly, and at full price. She kept us informed as things moved and changed and was with us the entire way. I highly recommend working with her.

Theresa is fantastic. I reached out to her from out of state for guidance with the Reno area housing market and she was incredibly responsive, available, and knowledgable. She sent me useful resources and helped me find great neighborhoods to search for my new home. She is very organized, experienced, and forward thinking. She got me a great deal and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for property in the greater Reno/Carson area.

Theresa is amazing! We bought our first house in April. We got it because of her quick response!! She rearranged her schedule just so we could see it. She makes sure to answer questions. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and finding homes for her clients. Definitely recommend Theresa!
