Working with Tom was a dream. He was very responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. We felt like it was a perfect match, as first time home buyers. He was always available for calls and never pushed us into anything we weren’t loving. Tom helped us find our first house, and it may be our forever home. Highly recommend for anyone looking in Westchester County.

Working with Tom Consaga was the best customer service experience I've ever had. I asked a lot of questions as a first-time home-buyer. Tom was professional, always available, and answered all of my questions expediently. Tom was transparent, concise, and made me feel that he was looking out for my family's best interest. When the time comes to sell our home, we will be calling Tom to handle the transaction.

I absolutely recommend working with Tom. He is the consummate professional. He was extremely helpful with every aspect: pricing, marketing, preparing the house for market and knowing excellent tradespeople for repairs. I do not live local to the house he helped me sell and he as always available to stop over and check on the house or meet workmen. He was ever responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. Beyond all of his professional skills, he is just a very lovely person to work with. I could not have had a more positive experience. I rate Tom as meriting 10 out of a max of 5 stars.

Working with Tom to sell our co-op was an absolute pleasure. We first met Tom in March 2018 when we were thinking about selling, but we weren’t sure it was the right time. Tom explained the sale process to us, did a full assessment of our co-op, and was extremely patient with us while we made our decision. Once we finally decided to sell, he worked very quickly to get everything ready and was able to put our listing together in less than 48 hours. We listed on a Friday, and by Sunday night we had an accepted offer for listing price, thanks to Tom’s negotiations. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and is incredibly responsive to any and all questions. Tom made a very intimidating process easy for us, and we will recommend him to anyone we know looking to sell their home.
