Tim was an awesome real estate agent! Tim helped us out from the very beginning and gave great advice throughout the whole process. Anytime we had a question he was always quick to answer and not only did he get us in our house but he even supplied a list of contacts for renovations and maintenance! Home buying is stressful and it’s nice not stressing about your real estate agent!

I started the house hunting process on my own, armed with tips from relatives and lots of internet research. As a digital native, it's tempting to try to do everything by myself or with the help of an app. But on a hunch, I reached out to Tim Richardson with a question about a house I had seen listed on Zillow. It turned out to be the best decision I made during the whole process! Tim's laser-sharp insight about the market and the area proved to be invaluable. He understood exactly what I was looking for, and was able to find hot-off-the-press listings in the neighborhoods and price range I was interested in. I have a lot of faith in algorithms, but no algorithm could match Tim's expertise and insight. Plus, as a first-time home buyer, I had a LOT of questions, and Tim was always there to help answer them. I learned so much, and he helped make a daunting process actually quite fun! In a few years, when I'm ready to make my next move, I hope to work with Tim again.
