We first met Tina when we arranged a home showing with her. We had found a home on the MLS, drove out to see it by ourselves and then immediately scheduled an in-person showing. Tina was very flexible in getting us in to the house the next day. We knew right away that we loved the home and wanted to buy it, and let her know the next day. This was the morning of the 18th. She asked a few questions and ascertained that we had already secured pre-approval through a local financial institution. She suggested we at least try another institution that she did regular business with, and we were extremely glad we did as not only did we get a lower interest rate, but we closed on the home on the 29th! That's only 10 business days! Tina was instrumental on getting our home inspection done, well test, septic inspection and foundation inspection. She was able to add rush requests to all these items resulting in the fastest close ever. All through the process she was very, very fast to communicate and respond to our many questions, and was also very quick to reach out to the seller with any questions we had. I can't recommend Tina's services enough and will send her on to any friends or family in need of realtor services.

I am a first time homebuyer and Tina Miller went above and beyond to find the perfect house for my family. She made sure I’d seen all my options and not knowing all the steps, she made the process as easy as possible. I highly recommend her

Signed the paperwork with Tina on Wednesday. Before the house was listed anywhere, Tina found perspective buyers in-house. Showed the house this morning (Saturday). Had an offer at full asking price by dinner. And the buyers were kind enough to adjust the closing date to match my PCS move date. I was stressed about how this would go. I’ve heard so many horror stories about selling a home and this was my first time selling. I can’t imagine I will ever find as good a realtor as Tina in the years to come. Very much appreciated!!! Now I can focus on not being homeless when I get to Washington. What a relief. Did I mention commission was only 3%? Again, amazing.

Tina was such a pleasure to work with. She represented the buyers in our transaction, however, I thought she was always very professional, honest, and helpful. Tina consistently accommodated our requests to view the house we ended up purchasing. She also has an unprecedented amount of knowledge in regards to historical homes in the Idaho Falls area. I definitely recommend Tina! I would use her again with any of our real estate transactions.

Tina was very thorough, prompt, and experienced helping us close in 10 days. She worked the issues making it easy for me an out of state buyer to rely on her as my eyes and ears. Would highly recommend. Darryl
