Our experience with Shelby was nothing short of excellent. She wasn't pushy, she paid close attention to all of the details we were looking for in a new house vs showering us with random houses on the market. From start to finish she was great to work with and we highly recommend her.

We purchased a new home in Overland Park and we're extremely grateful that Shelby Tipton represented us. She assisted with the negotiations, met us during at the signings, and help us with issues even after we moved in! She was very professional and responsive to all of our questions and needs. My wife and I commented on the fact that she went above and beyond our expectations of a realtor in that situation. I would absolutely recommend Shelby and we'll use her in the future!

Shelby was heaven sent. I've only lived in the Kansas City area for a few years. Shelby was always available and willing to make sure I found the perfect home. Shelby provided great insight about the market and pricing. I always felt prepared. Shelby made sure I knew what was going to happen from selecting the perfect home to preparing for the inspections and all the way to the closing table. Shelby answered all my questions and stayed in touch even after the purchase. Shelby is a great person and excellent Real Estate professional. I was really lucky to work with such a great professional.

Alethea is AMAZING!!!! Not only does she have a fantastic personality, strong work ethic, but I'm honored to say that she is also a great friend now! Alethea helped my wife and I purchase our very first home in April 2019. With being first time home buyers, we were extremely nervous of the entire real estate process, as we did not know much about it. Not only did Alethea make us feel comfortable with this major life changing decision, but she also gave us the proper knowledge needed to feel like we understood what was going on. She took the time to get to know my Wife and I, our likes & dislikes, what our dreams are for the present & future. Alethea was extremely patient with us during our house search and made it her goal to see us all the way through, no matter what came our way. When we finally found our dream home, Alethea jumped and went the extra mile to even ask how high! My Wife and I are very blessed to have gotten the opportunity to work with her and will be forever thankful for all her hard work, dedication, and kindness. I started working with tina last year. I Had numerous questions about what to do to my current house and when to list it Abe also financial questions. Tina was very quick to return phone calls, emails, and very eager to help with anything that needed to be done. She listened to our needs and helped us find our forever home.
