My husband and I worked with Tom Baron last year, and we would wholeheartedly recommend him and would definitely work with him again. Although I could recommend him solely based on his impressive knowledge, expertise, and negotiation skills, I would more importantly recommend him based on our interactions: he was extremely considerate, pleasant, and unfailingly patient with us. Whenever we had questions, he responded right away and always provided very useful comments and information. On the whole, he made our selling and buying process less intimidating, and he helped us without making us feel pressured (that is, we always felt that he wanted us to be happy with our decisions and our new home). As for specifics, we sold our apartment very quickly--he priced it appropriately, and we received a great offer after the first open house. Before the open house, he gave us suggestions on how to make our apartment look more attractive, and he also provided an excellent photographer. After we sold our apartment, he then helped us find a new one to purchase (as I mentioned previously, he has extensive knowledge about the local market, and he also has great negotiation skills). Once we had found an apartment, Tom (together with his team) provided invaluable assistance with the navigation of our coop board approval process. If we were to move again in the future, we would not hesitate to contact Tom.

We had a great experience with Tom who helped us sell and buy condos in Manhattan. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his services again if I ever need help in the real estate transactions. We found a new place that we wanted to buy first and hence had to sell our condo quickly. He assured us that he would make that happen and he did. He advised us how to declutter our home to make it more attractive, had the right pricing strategy, and masterfully handled multiple offers we received and constantly consulted and communicated with us throughout every step he was taking. He was also a great help in negotiating price with a seller of our new home. Further, during the final walkthrough before closing, he identified a flooring issue at new home that was promptly fixed by a seller before closing. Throughout the entire process, we felt that we were in good hands and we were very happy with his services. Thank you Tom!

WOW, wow, wow Tom Baron called me up and kept calling me up to get me to sell my property for nearly a year. As I am sure many of you who own property in NY you get these calls and letters almost every week. But Tom was the only agent when I told him the price I wanted he said "I think I can do it" I can't explain here, but when we met me in person he told me exactly how he was going sell it. He was really thinking outside of the box compared to all of the other real estate agents who called me and said my price was crazy. Well I was not crazy and Tom was right that he could sell it and he sold it fast. We had closed on the property in about 60 days from listing, Tom Baron is simply an incredible agent. I have three words to describe him: The Best Agent.
