I referred my family member to Tracy for their home sale in Seattle and was very impressed. I had a chance to interview her and she was very professional and knowledgeable about the local Seattle market. My family member really appreciated Tracy's prompt and consistent communication throughout the sale process. Tracy and her team did an amazing job staging and marketing the property effectively, leading to a sale in under two weeks. I highly recommend her services.

Tracy did a great job helping us with a tight timeline on a relocation purchase from out of state. She was extremely responsive, kept in touch with our lender, got everything done very quickly and helped us buy a beautiful home. All of this while we were 1100 miles away. Her team was great too. After the close, she went out of her way to fix a minor issue with the home very quickly and made our transition seamless and painless. I highly recommend Tracy and would definitely work with her again.

If we could give Tracy even more stars we would! She made us feel like we were her only clients. The Seattle market is such a moving target and she always was able to get us into see potential homes as quickly as we possibly could and then help us write competitive offers within several hours of seeing a house we wanted to write an offer on. Buying a home in this competitive of a market can seem like riding a roller coaster. It could seem daunting and sometimes hopeless, but not with Tracy! She kept us positive and focused and not only did we find a home we love, but we found it in only a little over a month! Tracy has an incredible eye, and could always help us see the various possibilities with the homes we toured, always pointing out things we may have not seen. We also felt very safe in knowing that she walked us through all of the inspection reports, which can be confusing and overwhelming especially with such a large purchase. Her knowledge of the Seattle market is vast, and she has relationships with so many of the other local agents which is such an asset in terms of understanding what listings are coming, and what is realistic in terms of writing a great offer. Additionally, she has great relationships with incredible lenders, and that was a big part of what made this process successful for us as well. If you're looking in the Seattle market (especially NE Seattle) we cannot recommend Tracy enough. We LOVED working with her and her team! Thank you Tracy!!!

Tracy sold our house in May 2022. We worked with her for about a year prior to the sale, as we got our house ready to go on the market. In addition to being extremely savvy about the Seattle market and what buyers want, she is also very client-focused. Every time we called her with a question or request, she always got back to us super quick and made us feel like we were her only clients -- a skill that is hard to find these days!! Tracy is amazing! She helped our family find the perfect home for us. She and her team guided us every step of the way and happily showed us countless comes all over town.
