We have found Tracy to be impeccable and extremely service oriented. Excellent is what comes to our mind when we decided to write this review. We highly recommend consulting Tracy before deciding on your representative

As an investor, my experience with buying a property that Tracy lists was very good. She was very responsive. She connected me to local insurance companies and contractors. She was knowledgeable about the property listed and did a good job of keeping me informed throughout the purchase process.

This woman Tracy Mcdermott is Terrible. She went to Ireland upon my transaction. Left us in the dark for a month. Then she comes back after having to call 4 agents in her office once sounded as frustrated as can be. Probably its so stressful working there he is going out of his mind. When she returned, she didnt answer any questions directly, replied to old strands in emails and had no clue about anything what was going on. When I withheld her escrow moneys she cancelled transactions. Thank goodness I was able to get out when I saw the signs. She says she raised two kids and did 1000's of transactions. I doubt it. I hope her kids have a better work ethic and knowledge of basic real estate sales. Or maybe it was the cummulative number in her office from other "good agents". There are plenty of good agents out there. I cannot believe Fannie picked her. Stick to Remax and you'll be fine. Don't risk your money. Stay away from her. She will turn your transaction into a nightmare.

My husband and I have been in contact with Tracey to first attempt to purchase a house she had listed and then attempt to have her sell ours and purchase another. Our first experience was offering more than the listing price on her listing and receiving a "rejected" email with no explanation of why. We then contacted her through email asking for her help. She was very interested in helping us at first and asked for our number to contact us. That was the last we "heard" from her even after several attempts from us through email. It is very disappointing and surprising that this is how potential clients can be treated especially when this is her own company. Lesson learned, hope this helps out some other family looking to make a big step in their life and wanting someone that understands what a big deal this is for them.

The agent that I dealt with at McDermott showed me no knowledge of the property. The first time she showed me the property was the first time she had been in the house, her admission. The second time, when she was to unlock the garage, she still didn't have the key. At that time, she pointed out some damage done to the heating unit, by the previous owner. That meeting was a week later. The next day, after previously being told there weren't any other offers, I was told the property was taken. She also exaggerated the work that needed to be done, when she spoke to my contact at the bank, I was to get my loan. The floors, did need some attention, but they were liveable. I this realtor is an example of the norm, the real estate community has big problems.
