Trevor did an outstanding job finding us our new home. Communication, knowledge of the geographical area, availability to answer all of our questions, and when we ran into some last minute issues, he smoothed the way for us. I highly recommend Trevor!!

Trevor did an amazing job! He helped us figure out what updates we wanted / should do prior to listing our house. Once we felt ready to list our house, he was supportive in helping us understand the process of buying and selling at the same time. We cannot be more happy with the process or selling our home and buying out forever home! He was so patience and informative.

Trevor is an incredible ally to have in the search for a home. I am so grateful to have had him in my corner helping me navigate through my first home buying experience. He helped me steer clear of money-pits and didn’t try to get me into a home that was outside my budget. I truly felt he had my best interests at heart during my search. He found the perfect home for my family and I would recommend him to anyone.

Trevor was a dream to work with. He made the entire process fun and easy for us. We were able to relax and enjoy looking at each house knowing we could trust his experience and knowledge on possible issues with each property. He was open and honest with each question we had and always responded back immediately with any concern. His negotiation skills helped us obtain our dream home that was originally listed out of our price range. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience with purchasing our first home.

This is our 2nd purchase working with Trevor and his team. He goes above and beyond to keep us informed throughout the process, and knows the market when it comes to negotiating. This last purchase presented some unique challenges, but Trevor did a great job helping us through it.
