Tricia Necessary

Tricia was one of the nicest and most courteous realtors that I have ever used. She listened to my needs, was always available, and communicated efficiently. She was patient at all times (when I was not :)) and helped decrease my stress level to a minimum. She knows NWA and all that it has to offer. I would recommend her to any friend or family member. In fact, she will hopefully move my sister to the area next year :)

Well, where to begin. I can't imagine any realtor put in as much ground work as did Tricia. We truly felt like her only client even though her reputation has kept her extremely popular in the NWA corridor and beyond. Locals know her by name and time and time again, people have described her as fiercely intelligent, congenial and on top of her game. She certainly checked all these boxes. When you get Tricia, you also get her husband Mickey! Together, they really are an incredible asset to anyone looking to find new home. She was infectiously positive and optimistic, undaunted by our frequent changes in direction and wants. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone transplanting (for sure) and in general to those looking for a new place. She has the 411 on all the lovely areas that make up NWA.

I would highly recommend Tricia to either help you buy or sell your home. She was a pleasure to work with and helped us through every step of selling our home and then finding the perfect new home. She is very dedicated and listens to you to make sure you are getting what you want. If I ever need a realtor again I will be calling Tricia.

Tricia was amazing. She stuck with me in my very specific set of requirements for a lot to build our forever home. I went through four other realtors that would just send a few listings then never call back. I never got the feeling she was getting irritated when we looked at property after probably. She was so thorough and fun to go looking at property with. I even recommended her to my mother who also had a great experience with Tricia. If you want someone who wants you to have the perfect home, no matter how long it takes, Tricia is the realtor you want. I’ll use her in the future for any real estate needs.

Tricia has had a few of my properties listed, and has handled negotiations with owners of adjacent lots. She has always been honest, accurate and quick with responses. She has put a great deal of effort into the marketing. I intend to conduct more business with Tricia soon.
