It is thanks to Tricia and Kevin Palmquist of Key Reality that I have my first-ever purchase. The listing was a Fannie Mae foreclosure, which took four months to close. Tricia and Kevin were instrumental in keeping the deal alive by orchestrating three extensions and navigating a constant barrage of disruptions. They were also indispensable when it came to recommendations for contractors and rehab ideas. Without their input, the deal would have never happened. They were both my greatest cheerleaders when it looked like everything was lost and motivated me to see it through. Since I was out of state for most of the process I trusted and relied on them to meet inspectors and communicate my vision for the rehab. They made themselves indispensable for the exhaustive list of inspections and walk-throughs required by the loan. Patricia goes above and beyond to make sure her clients get into a house they love!! I was very happy with her knowledge on foreclosures and was very appreciative of her ability to show prospective houses in a moments notice. Would definitely recommend!!

I needed someone trustworthy and competent to help me find a property that served my needs and to walk me through the process from a distance. Tricia assisted me in finding the property and in carefully walking me through the process. In fact, she went well beyond the normal service one might expect of a broker.
