Team Parmelee assisted us with the sale of our condo in Bend, and the subsequent purchase of my husband and I’s first house in Cornelius, OR. There is quite frankly no match to the level of customer service and education we received as first time home buyers by Tyrone and Andrea. Our first praise has to be the prompt communication and swift sale and subsequent purchase of our new home. From listing to closing, we bought and sold a home in just under 5 weeks. We were on a tight timeline with my husband’s new job, and the sense of urgency was replicated in the service we received from Team Parmelee. My husband and I felt completely educated and informed as to every piece of our transaction, and couldn’t be more grateful for the attention to detail and seasoned professionalism they displayed throughout the process. It is evident they are experts in their field! They were available to answer our questions at any time, and persistent in negotiations on our behalf. We had a lot of anxiety throughout this process that was quickly absolved by the trust built with Tyrone and Andrea as our realtors. We feel that due to Team Parmelee’s partnership, we secured a great deal on a beautiful first home. ??

Andrea did an outstanding job showing my partner and I around Bentonville and the options we had as new buyers/renters in the area. Andrea excelled in truly listening to us and hearing our thoughts on each of the places we looked at. She gave her honest opinion when it came to knowing if it was a good deal (or not) which is hard to do as a realtor. I would recommend Andrea to anyone new to the NWA area looking for a place to call home.

Paul, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Team Parmelee Real Estate. When they were living in Oregon, they were quite a ways north of us, but they were our choice and they did a superb job selling our home for us. They made themselves available, communicated well in a timely manner and were a great mix of friendly and professional.

Andrea and Tyrone went above and beyond in their help selling my home. I had 2 full asking price offers in 3 hours! Andrea is compassionate and so helpful. She quickly responds to my texts.
