Vincent was amazing in assisting my spouse and I through the home selling process. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the area market and really kept us informed of the next steps and what to expect which helped in ensuring a seamless process which resulted in our home selling very quickly. We wondered upon Vincent (we call him Vince) by happenstance. On a preliminary visit to a perspective neighborhood, he was the onsite real estate agent at one of the properties. While the residence wasn't what we were looking for in a home, Vince’s demeanor appealed to us. We immediately noticed that he wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable. We left the home viewing with his card, and called promptly the next day to inquire about him helping us on our journey. As newlyweds embarking on our first family home and in a new area, Vince helped us navigate the market of over 8 different cities along the East Bay and within San Joaquin County. Over the course of 6 months, we searched, waited after starting a new job, and resumed searching. Our last search fell on a 4-day holiday weekend. We settled on Oakland and viewed 21 homes in 2 days. Vince’s patience was impeccable and his guiance on the disclosures and offer stages helped us make informed decisions. When we finally closed on a home, it was absolutely perfect. I want to pinch myself daily. I am so in love with our new home! We honestly could not have made a better decision in working with Vince. We have him on speed dial and he did not hesitate to help us even after we moved in with accepting our box donations for other future homeowners. I would highly recommend Vince to anyone, but especially anyone new to buying a home.

What an amazing and detail oriented agent. The last time we bought our 1st house was 11 years ago when it was the buyer market. Now it is definitely the seller market. Although our transaction went through very smoothly, Vincent made sure we understand the process and not just just put our signature on every page. We gave the seller the extra 29 days to stay before we take procession of the property and Vincent stayed with us throughout the whole process. Seller did left many things behind when they moved out. However, Vincent rolled up his sleeves and without any hesitation and assisted us to haul them the away. We will definitely keep Vincent and his team as our real estate agent.

My wife and I started our search for our first home in October of 2021. Vince was highly recommended by a friend of ours who just recently worked with him. It was a pleasure working with Vince. He helped help from start to finish. We came out learning so much, as first time buyers We had so many questions. Vince was able to explain everything to us and made us extremely comfortable and knowledgeable about the whole process.
