If you are looking for a realtor in Tucson. Waco is the one you want! Waco had been recommended to me through a friend in the industry and delivered in all areas! I honesty couldn’t recommend a better person or experience than I had with Waco Starr and his team. As a first time home buyer but also someone who does their research and is a Tucson Native I do not think I was ease to impress. I have lightly stalked the Tucson market for years (lets just say my Zillow scroll game is on point) and have a lot of the understanding but not the actual experience in real estate purchasing. A lot of people talk about how stressful and challenging buying a house is. Honestly, mine was the easiest thing I have done in the last few years. I’d like to say I’m just lucky. However, I realize it has more to do with my amazing realtor (Waco) and how he curated the experience in a way that took away unnecessary stressors and created efficiencies in paperwork and inspections. There is a subtle grace and earnestly that Waco has which is beyond helpful. There are times during the process which you need a guiding hand and also times you might need to be situated back to reality. As I call it- “of course I want it for free… but what’s my next best option”. It’s the reality of I know this is going to be a cost- but how do I navigate this in the best way for myself. Waco is genuine and trustworthy. He was able to understand what was important to me and ultimately closed a deal that left me feeling very good. I learned so much through this experience- it was quite delightful. That I think about my future house or investment and the fun I will have when I partner up with Waco and his team again! At the end of the day -turns out everyone is just a bird trying to build their nest.

Waco Starr was the best real estate agent I've ever had the privilege to work with. I was purchasing Tucson property for a family member, but I live near Austin TX. His knowledge of the market was impressive; he was able to pinpoint properties that aligned perfectly with my needs and preferences. Waco also provided invaluable guidance and support throughout the entire home buying process when I made an in-person trip to Tucson . Within 3 days we were able to find the right home, make an offer and complete the inspection. Lastly, he patiently worked with the other agent when things got off track (not his fault) throughout the closing process. I got a terrific home for a great price. It was a calm and productive transaction, and I feel like I have a friend for life. THANK YOU, Waco.

A pleasure to work with my agent, Waco Star, and all his professional colleagues, providing an integrated buying experience, from the initial showing to the closing and arranging insurance. Waco was genuinely interested in the purchaser being happy with their prospective purchase, rather than just trying to push the sale. Additionally, he went over and above to help you with things that would normally be outside the purview of an agent, arranging inspections and helping with adaptations and working with contractors to get work done before moving in. I would highly recommend him as your agent when buying or selling a property. You can rely on him to act with impartiality with both seller and buyer

I met Waco and his team through reaching out on Facebook to work with his team on their marketing, and was impressed with their knowledge and overall approach to Real Estate. I can tell that Waco and his team truly care about every client that they work with. They made sure that every client had the best experience, and helped everyone every step of the way even if they were not qualified at that time. They truly cared to give everyone the best experience possible and I could tell. They had a great sense of community, and were extremely friendly and easy to work with. I had a great experience working with Waco and his team and would recommend them to anyone looking to relocate to the Tucson region, or selling in Tucson.

Waco was an amazing realtor and I can't say "Thank you!!" enough. Since I work in the industry, it was super important to me that we have someone who Ira felt comfortable talking to. Waco has been our friend and we couldn't have imagined a better dream team than him and his amazing husband, our mortgage consultant Jon. They were super patient with these first time home buyers and made the process as stress-free as possible. Waco never seemed to tire of showing us homes and was amazing at hand-picking out homes from the MLS that we hadn't seen or previously considered from our own internet search. We ended up submitting three offers on different homes, as it is a competitive market. In our price range were were seeing multiple offers as the norm, but it was nice to know that the other times we got beat out, we weren't far off. Waco was determined to get us a good home at a fair price. Once we found the winning home, the transaction wasn't the easiest. Our seller was determined to cut corners, but Waco took each step in stride and was a great advocate for us. He made sure the appliances (removed by the previous tenants) were replaced and property installed, organized the repair work to the electrical, and generally helped lay the groundwork for a wonderful house we could grow into. Beyond the specifics of our transaction, I can't recommend Waco enough as a generally amazing person. He also kept his good humor throughout, making us laugh even when stressed. He is a joy to interact with and is a just a "good vibes" kind of person.
