Wade was a wonderful realtor! As a first time home buyer, the process sounded daunting and stressful but he made it a fun and smooth experience. He was very responsive to our questions and always got back to us in a timely manner. When it came to negotiating our final offer, he was extremely knowledgeable and confident and ultimately helped us get a great price in our dream home! Wade was an amazing agent for us! We were able to secure the first house we made an offer on and he worked extremely hard throughout. He was able to jump through a bunch of hoops for us that the house presented and made it super easy for us. He was in constant communication with us throughout the process and made us feel really comfortable that we were in good hands. He made sure anytime documents were sent over to send us a text prior letting us know what they were. We were able to close in 18 days and although it was hectic, Wade helped make the process as easy as possible!
