Wanda Pierson is an awesome realtor I’m a first home buyer when I tell you she literally took me by the hand. She literally took me by the hand. She’s very very patient very professional, very informative and so very kind when I told her what I wanted. in my home, she checked all the boxes. I’ve been a client of Wanda’s since 2000, right before Covid-19 became prevalent and everything started shutting down. I’m very particular with my home choice (as many are because this is a major investment) and Wanda patiently worked with me throughout the past two years as I sought my dream home. Wanda was with me not only throughout the entire home buying process, but even afterwards advising and assisting me throughout the issues I encountered during and after I purchased my new home. I immensely appreciated this, not only as a first-time homebuyer, but also as an individual who, though doing all my research going in, took on more responsibilities at home as well as work. It was refreshing to know that Wanda ALWAYS had everything covered, ALWAYS had my best interest in mind, and ALWAYS went to bat for me, whenever need be. Wanda was attentive, responsive, and thorough. She represented me well by fighting for my wants and needs with respect to purchasing my home. She has in depth knowledge of the Houston area housing market and home buying process. She continues to reach out even following my home purchase to ensure things are well.

My journey with Wanda Pearson was so wonderful. She made house searching so easy for us, all I had to do is tell her what we were looking for and she did all the work! Early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails; always positive and always cheerful. She really made us feel like family and like we could count on her for anything. She really goes above and beyond her duties to help you find your house and making sure everything is safe for you and your family! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I would highly recommend Wanda to any and everyone looking to buy or sell a home or property. She knows exactly what she is talking about and more importantly she will do what is best for you as her client. I couldn't have been more grateful that she helped me along this journey. She did everything in her power to get the house i wanted while keeping me completely up to date and in the loop with things that were going on. It being my first home she walked me through every step and even though is got a little bumpy along the way due to Covid she fought tooth and nail to get me exactly what I wanted and make the process as smooth as possible. She treated me like family from day and I appreciate all that she has done for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!
