Wendy was a great realtor! She was very patient as my wife and I took a while to figure out what we wanted in our future (first!) home. Throughout the process she provided many recommendations (including excellent inspectors, lawyers, and mortgage lenders). During visits, she would point out aspects of the home that I did not have the expertise or awareness to notice. She never tried to talk us us into putting an offer on any house we were not excited about. I would definitely recommend Wendy to any future friends/family looking for a home in the greater Boston area!

Wendy is Amazing! Wendy helped my sister when she was buying her house a couple of years ago and I reached out because I remember how committed she is to her work. Wendy helped my husband and I find the house of our dreams in a couple of months. At one point I got so discouraged by the bidding process and she kept reminding me "the perfect house will come and it will be made for you both" and she was right! As first time home buyers, Wendy explained every step of the process in great detail, she came with us to Open houses, pointed things out that we wouldn't think to look at, was there during our final walkthroughs and during our closing. She was there to answer our questions and find answers with our builder, their agent, our loan provider and our lawyer. When I say she is AMAZING, she is truly FANTASTIC! Wendy is such a great realtor! She is very responsive and puts in the effort to make sure you find a home that is right for you! She is also very good at negotiating and telling you what is needed to get the place you want. She will also make sure to look carefully at every house that is viewed to find any potential issues and bring them to your attention. Definitely use Wendy as a realtor if you want to find the perfect home!!

Wendy is the ultimate professional. She is very knowledgeable about the area, different loan options, regulations. She knows her business well and will work hard to find the right property and close the deal. Highly recommended!

Wendy immediately understood what I was looking for and showed me 2 houses soon after we met, the second of which I bought. In order to buy the house she showed it to me before it was even listed on a Wednesday at 8p, the only time I could make it. She knew the other agent and was able to negotiate a good price. She still keeps in contact with me letting me know she likes the updates I have done on my house which is near where she lives.
