I hardly every write reviews but felt compelled to write this one because of the lovely experience that we had with Whitney LaCosta. She was nothing short of wonderful! She was always available and very responsive, extremely professional and knowledgable. We truly valued Whitney's honesty, always providing valuable insight on properties, sighting potential issues as well as potential upsides that we did not or would not have ever thought of if not for her. My wife and I never felt pressured into buying a house and aways felt like Whitney had our best interest in mind. We are thrilled with our home and highly recommend working with Whitney.

Whitney LaCosta combines years of knowledge of the area and real estate. She priced our home correctly and negotiated not only the sale of our old home but the purchase of our new home successfully despite sensitive time issues, calmly and professionally. She has extensive knowledge of local marketing tools and used them to our advantage to get our home seen by as many people as possible. She was pleasant and patient but also firm and honest with us regarding offers we received. We cannot recommend her enough.
