William is the best realtor I’ve worked with. It’s very hard to come by a great realtor such as William. He knows the location and values extremely well. He’s an incredibly honest and fair individual.

I utilized Bill's expert advice in recently selling an income property. I conducted a lot of research before choosing a realtor to act on my behalf. Upon meeting Bill, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the South Florida real estate market. He made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I was able to sell at a higher price than I had originally anticipated and I am currently using Bill's expertise in my new home search, I feel confident that anyone who meets Bill will be equally happy with their experience.

Bill is a rarity in real estate. Not only is his "buyers exclusively" business model hardly ever seen, but his professionalism and dedication are over the top. Bill never stopped fighting for me to achieve the price and terms I wanted and needed when purchased my home. He is brilliant at his job and he is relentless in getting the very best for his clients. His constant communication and updates put me at ease throughout the buying process. Without question I would recomment his services for any buyer looking for an experience luxury estate agent in the Boca Raton/South Florida market.

Bill is an expert in the Weston market, which is one of the main reasons why we've now used him to buy our last 3 houses here. Not only does he have great knowledge of the local market, he has a strong grasp of all real estate processes we've ever worked with him on or inquired about, and has an excellent title attorney to work with as well. Working with Bill, you can be assured that he either knows the answers already or will get your questions answered properly all throughout the process. I would highly recommend using Bill if you are looking for a very competent and knowledgeable buyer broker in the South Florida market. In an industry where most realtors lack knowledge or experience, Bill is a breath of fresh air.
