Boo Christensen is our listing agent. He maybe a decent buyers rep, but it has been a nightmare working with him for the sale of our house. We signed a year long listing agreement last June, which I was leery of, so I wrote in that we would have a reassessment at the 6 month mark. The first six months were basically uneventful. Only 1-2 showings. When we met at the 6 month mark and asked him to step up the advertising he complied but made it seem like we were supposed to pay for it. Suddenly with better marketing we had several showings. When we finally had an offer we could live with, Boo forgot to put some critical information into the special provisions section of the contract. Which then led to us having to hire a lawyer to fix a mess that would have been averted had Boo done his job in the first place. Boo also made derogatory comments about the attorney we hired. He also nagged us about fixing things that we were not required to fix because the contract was agreed on "As Is". Boo also never reviewed the contract with us before we were asked to sign. In our case, Boo seems to have forgotten what fiduciary duty means. (Also, be warned: Boo has a penalty for terminating the listing which is equal to 1% of the sales/listing price)

Boo was a very informative and up-to-date realtor on Country Properties. His advertising was top-notch. He was in contact all the time and gave us lots of advice on how to show the home. We couldn't say anything nicer about him or his expert knowledge. We give him all green stars for everything above.

The best thing we liked about Boo was that he stayed with us throughout the search where others had not. He was there throughout the purchase process and kept us informed every step of the way. We started searching over a year ago and after looking at homes and properties, we finally settled on one that was the perfect location and just what we had been looking for. Boo was always responsive answering my emails and calls within minutes. Great to work with and knowledgable of the area.

Boo is a resourceful expert in his field, but what we liked the most was his way of doing things. He takes the time to help his clients finding a home, with all the aspects involved.

Boo Christiansen helped us with the recent sale of our week-end property in Brenham, TX. He was able to recommend professionals for repairs, surveys and other services that we needed throughout the process. He patiently worked with us through three contract negotiations and the sale of our furniture. It took 4 months to close after we were under contract because of buyer mortgage company issues but Boo never quit working for us. I highly recommend!
