Will was absolutely the difference maker in the purchase of our vacation home in the Boone/Blowing Rock area. In the midst of a hyper-competitive market, I can pinpoint several specific times during our search where Will's hustle and willingness to go above and beyond helped us identity and land the ideal house. Once we had the property under contract, Will steadfastly kept the process moving and adroitly helped us navigate a handful of tricky aspects of the transaction. We live a few hours away, so having someone as trustworthy and proactive as Will to serve as our local eyes and ears was absolutely essential, and he delivered.

Will did an excellent job helping us sell our home. He remained positive from the beginning to the end of the process, he listened to us but also made sure to offer suggestions based on his expertise, and he was always responsive. We were very happy with the outcome of the sale. We would highly recommend working with him!

I had an excellent experience with Will. He helped us find the perfect apartment in Hoboken. Prior to meeting him, we had about a half hour phone call where he asked us general questions such as how many bedrooms, price range, location... etc. He then threw in some of his own questions that were more specific and quite honestly things we didn't even think about prior to our search. On the same day he emailed us a custom list of apartments we might be interested in and they were all on par to what we said we were looking for. He was very flexible and understanding with our schedule as we did have to reschedule twice due to work and other obligations. When we did meet him he was very friendly and made us feel comfortable, which made the experience even better because we were able to be honest about how we were feeling about certain places. A few days later we put our offer in for the place we wanted and got it.. at a reduced price! Will was even nice enough to meet me on a Friday night to help let me in the place and take some measurements for my furniture. Overall, I would highly recommend Will to anyone looking for a great place.
