I had a realtor prior to Bill that was trying to pull a fast one on me while house shopping during my deployment to Afghanistan. I can't say how thankful I am to have ditched that guy and went with Bill. He's been an absolute hero. I purchased my home in 2019 and anytime that I've had a question related or not he's answered me instantly and been nothing but helpful. He's amazing to work with and just an all-around awesome person. Work with him if you get the chance.

Bill was awesome to work with. He has past mortgage experience, has a sharp eye for potential issues and/or benefits to a home, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, very fast response time, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to help us find the right home. I HIGHLY recommend this guy....

I first utilized Bill's services when purchasing my first home. Even though I was a long-distance buyer, Bill's knowledge and expertise of homes, the market, and the surrounding locale proved invaluable to my process. He found me a great home at a spectacular deal. I was so impressed with the initial process that he was my obvious choice when deciding to sell my home for work relocation. I was already away from the property in my new city and Bill handled ALL of the details with finalizing the sale. A few issues arose with the home inspection and Bill single-handedly made every repair and upgrade himself. This guy goes above and beyond consistently whether you are purchasing or selling a property. The 5-star rating pales in comparison to what Bill brings to the table. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Bill Stelling was hands down the best realtor we could have ever asked for. My fiance and I went through multiple realtors. Because they all pushed to make a sale. Bill went above and beyond for us and made sure that the home we purchased would be right for us. You will not be displeased if you choose to use bill in your home buying process. He will make sure you are well taken care of! I absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Well to start with we had another realtor. We were very frustrated that we couldnt find a home in our price range. Bill contacted us and opened our eyes and showed us what our real price range was while keeping our payments the same. He is on point and didnt let sellers sale us a "dream" Bill kept us informed on everything going on and pushed things that were stalled with the lenders. We highly recommend Bill to everyone looking to purchase a home. He works around the clock, and is ready to come to our location no matter where we are.
