I would recommend William to sell pretty much anything. He helped me every step of the way during the selling my house. I have worked with other realtors and they are mostly stand-off ish. William was very attentive and even helped me prepare my house before the inspectors came. Also coordinated for any repairs after the inspector. Very happy with the service and thank you again!

My wife and I just moved from South Carolina to Amarillo. We had a short time frame to look for houses and William was great at showing us homes in our price range and desires. He is a hard worker as we looked at 9 houses in 2 days. Once we decided on a home he was always in communication with us on the closing process, did a walk down/video of our new house when we were still in SC, and helped review our closing documents. He is on top of things and has a great personality!

We had little hopes in purchasing a home. We had previously been told this entire process would be terribly hard and William was able to talk us through what to expect, whom to talk to and what he would be able to do. He was very transparent and didn't shy away from any obstacles. He was very courteous and prompt. We are now happy home owners and strongly recommend William to be on your side!

William was awesome and respectful. He went above and beyond to make our first time buyer experience a memorable one. He always stayed on top of things and helped us go through the flow of things. He answered any questions and concerns we had and provided with very helpful suggestions from plumbers,inspection all the way up to lenders. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy property and look forward to buying another home in the future. William will be the one I'll most definitely want to be by my side as my Agent.

William worked very hard to sell our house. He helped us set a great price and then did everything he could to sell it quickly(only 11 days I think). He was great at keeping us informed of everything that was happening with our house. The best I can say is that he made us feel like we were his only clients.
