Yelena was a excellent agent, and a very lucky find for us. Our home was vacant and she really came through to help us get it cleaned up and ready to sell. She has a great network of contractors in the area, who were more responsive and frankly less expensive than we could find by phoning around. She kept on top of all the work, from start of cleanup to close of escrow, and responded immediately to emails or texts - often several throughout the day. Highly recommend as a selling agent.

Yelena did a wonderful job for helping us selling our property. We moved out of town and sold the place all in remote (Can you imagine? :D). She took action proactively (Helped us find painters, staging people, etc. in a very reasonable price) which saved us lots of time/energy and she earned our trust by working hard and professional. All the teams she worked with or find for us has an excellent service and they kept their commitment. In all, both Yelena and her team are very professional, responsible, and responsive. They are just fantastic and you will not regret for choosing them! :)

Everything was very smooth. Updates were provided often and as soon as new information was available. Everything was handled over the phone and internet, which was very convenient. Yelena did a great job with advertising my condo. She brought in a professional stager to make the unit look as nice as possible. She handled the entire process, I just had to OK it. I would definitely recommend her.
