Excellent agent. Will answer every call (or call right back), is super friendly, and very responsive to all calls/emails. Would highly recommend to anyone that's buying or selling.

Well, I'm shocked to see that no one has posted a review for Zach yet considering his experience in the industry and our wonderful experience working with him. Zach provided my family and I with quality service across the board, from the moment we initially contacted him to his follow up after our home closing. He took the time to meet with around our schedule, provide us with the necessary (and very detailed) research to list our home appropriately. He checked in with my wife and I routinely throughout the week to see if we had any questions leading up to our 'go-live' date. He respected our busy work schedules by updating us via text and e-mail when necessary as well. Once we put it on the market after making some repairs to the home, Zach had it under contract in three days. He was always available to answer any questions or provide any updates, helped us negotiate a favorable price and never ceased to amaze with his knowledge of the market and our area. It was all smiles and handshakes at our closing. Thanks Zach! PS: Shout-out to Torrey Smith Realty Co. too. The resources they had available to sell our home fast were appreciated and the pictures were top-notch.

Zach was quick to find properties for us to look at. He made sure that the houses he showed were what we were looking for. He was also mindful of my family and our daily lives (tried to schedule multiple showings on one day). When we wanted to look at properties, he was quick to schedule those showings, and again, mindful of our time and tried to schedule as many viewings as possible during one time frame.
