After my mother-in-law passed away in late November, my husband and I were in a panic on what to do with her estate and the right steps to sell her home since we could not afford to keep both houses. I gave Aaron Reel at Reel Realty a call and within a few days, we met with him, and he gave us recommendations on law offices he has used in the past, as well as what to keep and what to remove from the home to get it ready for the market. I will say that I have personally known Aaron Reel for over 20 years. As a business owner and Realtor, he takes his job very seriously. There was never a moment when he wasn't "ON". He was always there whenever we called, no matter what time it was, to answer all of our questions and help us any way he could. I would never go to anyone else but also, I'm so glad I did. When we went on the market, we had 4 showings in 2 days. Multiple offers at asking and above. Not to mention, the marketing of the home was exceptional. We had contracts signed just in case the original sell fell through. Honestly, it could not have been a better experience. We will definitely be using Reel Realty when we sell our current home and will be using Aaron again to buy our future home. A Realtor, friend, and business owner you can truly trust. Did I mention that all of this was happening during the Christmas/New Years holiday?!
