In March 2020, we were fortunate to meet Abel just before the world shut down due to the pandemic. Buying a home can be challenging at the best of times, but the pandemic presented a unique set of rules and obstacles to navigate. Despite our numerous questions and concerns, Abel was a reliable, knowledgeable, and supportive guide every step of the way. He remained patient and attentive, and we were never made to feel like an inconvenience. Abel's dedication and hard work are truly admirable, and even years later, we continue to rely on him as a valuable resource for advice and information. We are grateful for his unwavering commitment to his clients and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a trustworthy and inspiring real estate agent.

Able did an excellent job selling our house. We had tenants move out right before we listed and Able took care of getting the house cleaned up and ready for sale. Due to the market conditions we were not sure what to expect, but Able was able to sell the house the first week it was listed and for the full asking price. Highly recommended.

Wow did we luck out with Abel. He was recommended to us by our trusted broker (who my family has worked with for years) and he did not disappoint. He helped us get our first house with our first offer (we beat out 7 other buyers!) and made the whole process feel easy. We liked him right away because he’s a super down to earth and real person. He’s realistic and thoughtful, insightful about the market, and genuinely warm in all of his interactions. He responds right away and answers questions, and honestly he’s just a joy to interact with. He helped us learn the ropes of home purchasing in a few short months, so that by the time we were ready to make an offer we felt well informed and prepared. The housing market is totally nuts, and as Abel says he doesn’t have a crystal ball, but he’s a solid player to have on your team as you go into the craziness!

Abel exceeded all expectations I had for working with a real estate agent. He's professional, reliable, fast and has so many resources at his fingertips. From the first conversation I had with Abel, I knew we wanted to work with him. He had been hand-picked for us by the realtor who handled a family member's estate in Los Angeles, and she sure got it right. During our initial phone call, I felt immediately at ease because the person on the other end of the phone was warm, down-to-earth, and a great listener. I instinctively knew that we could trust Abel to steward our best interests as we delved into first-ever home-buying (in a very tough market for buyers). Throughout the experience, Abel proved to be diligent, attentive, responsive, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! He is incredibly hardworking but makes it all look easy with his sweet, easygoing nature. He was always ready to meet us for a viewing, even for homes that we were not realistically considering, because he believes it is valuable for clients to bring a fuller perspective to their home-buying. He always made it look like he had all the time in the world for us, when I know for a fact he is an incredibly busy professional and family man. He never pressured us; he listened for what we wanted and supported us fully to make it happen. He is as ethical as they come, and that comes not only from a professional code but also from the kind of person and community member he is. Santa Barbara is so lucky to have him! Abel is so well-liked among locals in the real estate industry in Santa Barbara, and the advantage of his reputation to his clients cannot be overstated. Abel was instantly able to line up a fantastic team of people to help make our purchase happen, from the mortgage broker to various inspectors. Everyone wanted to get it done for Abel, and they were all outstanding. Even the seller's agents had a great relationship with Abel, and that worked to our advantage and DEFINITELY helped our offer get accepted in a highly competitive market. I believe that without Abel as our realtor, we would probably still be looking as I write this review. Working with Abel optimized our opportunities at every step of the process. And he stewarded us through the process painlessly--it was like having a friend who is a realtor help you buy a home. We wholeheartedly recommend Abel to any buyer or seller in search of a realtor. Abel will be your greatest asset!
