    Jim was a wonderful help to us in buying our home. He met us at the property several times even though he was the listing agent and not actually our agent. We felt very comfortable with Jim. He genuinely seemed to care about everyone's happiness. We trusted him and could not have had a more positive experience with him. I would honestly recommend Jim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks Jim for everything. We couldn't be happier in our new home.

    Jim was wonderful in helping us sell our home. Her treated our property as if it were his own. Jim was present at every showing and in the one or two instances he could not be there he asked a trustworthy agent from his office to show the home. Therefore, every time a prospective buyer came to see the home we, the seller, were represented. Jim's knowledge extends beyond the real estate market to a wonderful design sense that helps to sell a home. He advised us on matters of staging both the interior and exterior of our home in a honest and realistic manner. Jim was available to us to meet in person as well as speak on the phone. We never felt neglected by him. When Jim signs-up to be your agent he is present and available.

    In this slow market, it was good to have an agent who understood how to price the house and how to reach the correct category of buyer. It sold for a good, fair price relatively quickly (2 months to contract signing and 3.5 months to closing after the initial call to the agent). Jim was always professional, kept his word on all promises, and brought qualified potential buyers. It was a pleasant experience to deal with him through a process that could turn out to be problematic without the right realtor. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property in his area.
