Adrienne LaBauve Realtor Review October 2024 It was a pleasure working with Adrienne on the sale of my late brother’s house in a very challenging real estate market environment. Adrienne is a consummate professional, and provided excellent guidance throughout the marketing and sales process. She guided us through positioning, pricing, and timing of the sales process, and brought creative, pragmatic ideas on staging, reducing clutter and selling contents. She was truly tireless in working with us throughout, while being sensitive and respectful for our loss. An additional challenge was the fact that we were managing the process from afar (New Jersey). Adrienne went above and beyond in representing us on the ground in New Orleans, gladly tending to a number of issues such as arranging for repairs and landscaping services; enlisting the services of an appropriate estate sale group; and meeting with various contacts on site in our absence. Ashley went above and beyond to help my partner and I find a place to live in New Orleans when we moved from NYC. When we couldn't be there in person, she took photos and videos for us and went the extra mile to make sure we knew what we needed to know. I recommend her services to anyone looking to move in the New Orleans area!

Without exaggeration, Adrienne is one of the best people at her job we've ever met. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about all things local to the market, national to trends, and universal to housing, she walks that perfect line between professional and approachable. We found her through a friend and took a risk, since we were coming from a great realtor in our old city, but boy did it pay off. She was patient with our very specific requests, open to all conversations, and ultimately successful in negotiating prices and sellers that needed to be moved. Don't look elsewhere, call Adrienne.
