I trust AJ’s competency and honesty because he helped me to buy my new home and sell my old home. When the building inspection for my new home revealed mold and roof damage, he got the seller to remove the mold and reduce the selling price. I did not ask him to do this, so it was a nice surprise when he told me the seller had agreed to a lower selling price. When selling my old home, he recommended a contractor to make some improvements, which resulted in the old home selling for more that it would have otherwise. I know that AJ will watch out for your interests because he watched out for mine.

I cannot express in words how appreciative we are of AJ and his team. We had a tough time with selling our home with another realty company. Once we switched over to AJ and the GiveBack Team, they had us under contract in less than 2 weeks! He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
