Yolanda was incredibly patient and helpful in my first time homebuying experience. She was both willing to wait as I desired until I saw properties I was interested in, and to work quickly and effectively in securing tours, finding information, making offers, and handling negotiations. She was both honest and pleasant throughout our time together, and came with numerous recommendations for various professionals needed in our process. Trisha did a fabulous job representing me in this transaction! Her promptness and advice in showing me the home and sage advice on making an offer were important in securing the contract. She provided superb advice during the negotiation phase and she went above and beyond in keeping the sale on track after the sellers suddenly shifted from easy going and very cooperative to closed mouthed and attempting to cancel the sale. I am extremely grateful for her advice and support throughout the process and have great respect for the way she represented me and looked out for my interests. I was also blessed by her kind and friendly spirt and look forward to working with her again. The entire experience was like working with a close friend rather than an agent-client relationship. Extremely impressive!

Words cannot fully express how amazing Trisha and her team that I met (Ashleigh, Yolanda, Bambi, and Darcy) were. They supported and guided me for almost 6 months through a very complicated purchase of an as-is property. It required a renovation loan, along with a long study period due to needing a well and septic system, and due to being in a resource protected area. I felt taken care of the whole way through. Trisha and Ashleigh were a continuous wealth of knowledge, and Yolanda, the first agent I met, was very easy going and comfortable to work with. They helped me get my dream property, and I honestly don't think I could have done this without them. They are not like any realtor - this is a powerhouse that can tackle anything real estate, along with a genuine and inspiring approach. I am so incredibly lucky to have met them. They helped me a achieve a lifelong dream and treated me like family the whole way through. I'm forever grateful for them.
