I have worked with many realtors over the years and Alan is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. His experience, his knowledge of the industry, his attention to detail and his clients are all first class. I would highly recommend him for any and all your reality needs.

My husband and I are working with Alan for a second time to purchase or build our next home. Words cannot express how much we depend on Alan’s knowledge and experience in the industry to tell us if we are looking at a quality built home or if there are issues we need to be aware of. A recent example of that is we recently looked at a home that had the heat flowing under the foundation and up into the basement. Alan told us we needed to be very cautious of that type of heating system because warm air flowing underground during the cold winter months could easily cause mold to grow in the ventilation system. Who knew!! Alan has built many homes himself which makes it very easy for him to know when a builder may be cutting corners or building a quality home. If my husband and I want to see a home, we never have to wait more than a day or two. Alan makes us feel like his only customer as he is always available for absolutely anything - questions, showings, phone calls or texts. We cannot thank him enough for everything he has done and continues to do for us.

Sign with agreement sale agent. And show us tour to home. Beautiful outside. Need communication task with us. We should figure out to point to acre land. Which one fit available for my family.

My family and I, in the midst of a cross-country relocation to MN, started working with Alan roughly a year ago, to buy a Hanson builder model. About a month into the process of trying to find the model, we decided to build, and with both stages Alan was excellent. When shopping for a model, he never tried to oversell the house, which I greatly appreciated, and was very knowledgeable about all the specifics in the homes we were looking at (why the builder decided to do one specific thing vs. another). When we decided to build, Alan was absolutely instrumental to how happy we are today. Since we could not see the lots or models leading up to our decision, Alan was extremely diligent is listening to our wants and needs, and then suggesting the perfect blueprint and more-so the perfect lot for us. The lot we ended up purchasing, which we love, we were not even considering based on the platt maps before Alan suggested it to us, and then went out in 0 degree temperates last winter through the snow to take pictures from every angle to help us make our decision. Alan also suggested changes to the "model" blueprint to help achieve exactly what we were looking for. I don't think I could have gone from the model home to where we are now without his knowledge of what was possible, and how we could get exactly what we wanted. His background in construction really helped in this regard. Things I was disappointed I was not getting in my home because it wasn't on the initial blueprint, Alan easily helped me make the necessary structural changes to the prints to achieve my wants. Once we had decided on a lot and blueprint and entered the contract (his work could have been considered done at this point), I continued to work through him for builder communication in many regards. He was always very quick to respond to me, professional and operated with high levels of integrity. As we approached the closing date, he handled some details and worked closely with my loan officer to make sure everything was in order for a timely closing. I don't normally give anything a "perfect" review, but throughout the process I cannot think of one single thing Alan could have done better. A true professional, and I wouldn't even think of calling anyone else in the future whenever I need a realtor.

When my family moved to the Twin Cites from Chicago for my new job last year, Alan helped us find a right house per our priorities. He never provided us with a sugar-coating story whenever we wanted more without an extra cost. In the closing process, he represented.our concerns well. In addition, his follow-ups were excellent even after the closing. For example he shared his WiFi for my kid's homework when the internet installation was delayed because our house is placed in a brand new neighborhood. Without him, I can't imagine our family's soft landing at the sweet home.
