Got more than asking and it was a difficult sale due to buyer becoming difficult. Munro Real Estate got the deal done. Always answered questions and help get outside contractors for me when I needed repairs done.

I have bought a house with him and sold a house with him. He is excellent!!! He recently sold a house I had in Michigan in one day for the asking price which was higher than anything else in the neighborhood. He was a pleasure to work with and even mowed the lawn since I was out of state. The closing was effortless. He truly went above and beyond. I have bought and sold many houses and he was the best. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

very detail oriented- alex helped me purchase an investment rental property from Canada, he was very knowledgeable about his market and the numbers, and he handled the transaction electronically and then connected me with a good property manager. will definitely return here for my next purchase.
