John is an honest and knowledgeable agent. He did and said exactly what he told me would happen. I bought a condo and sold my house within a week and moved at the end of the month closed both sales on the same day. I'm still stunned by this whole process but John was there all the way he is extremely dedicated to his clients. He knows the market really well. The way he works for YOU and finds you what your looking for. If you want to sell or buy or both you will make a mistake if you don't have John working for you.

John was a fantastic agent, who exuded passion and expertise in the real estate field. He was patient throughout the house-hunting process and felt more like a friend than an agent by the time we closed on our perfect house. He gained a true sense of all our needs/wants, while respecting our budget and keeping us grounded.

I have already recommended John to a friend and will definitely purchase my next property with John by my side. As a single mom and business owner I had a long list of requirements for my home. John remained optimistic despite my concerns that I was being too picky. He replied to all my questions within the hour, pretty much day or night. (And I do text at all hours of the day.) When we ran into issues with the seller, John was prompt at resolving the issue, even going above and beyond his role as realtor to ensure closing happened on time. I highly recommend John! You can trust that John will be thorough, responsive, and as quick as he can in getting you through the home buying process. What's more, John is personable. He listened to my life story so we could target a perfect home for me in location, price, and neighborhood. John smoothed out the process for shopping and signing for a home!

Being new homebuyers and new to the area, John was able to help guide us through a difficult and fast moving spring market in Washtenaw county. John clearly explained what we could purchase in different areas based on our criteria and budget so that we could find exactly what we were looking for. His online system makes it easy to keep up with the properties so that you can get in to see them right away. While looking at homes, he made sure that we focused on the important features of the home to get us a sound investment.
