Alice is extremely knowledgable about the housing market and worked quickly and efficiently to get my family into our dream home. She was able to be a liaison between a somewhat difficult seller and really gave it her all to help us negotiate punch list items and make sure the project was complete before we could close. Alice knows many people in the industry so whether you're buying a finished home or building a new one she is able to help. We also had Alice sell our condo in the city which proved to be a fruitful endeavor with a quick turnaround!

I listed my home this spring and with Alice's help had an accepted offer within a day of listing. She is extremely responsive and is available at all times for any questions/concerns you may have. Alice showed us several properties and we made an offer on one that was ultimately rejected. The next weekend we were out looking for another property when she showed us one that had not yet hit the market. She helped us negotiate a fair price with the seller and we ended up in a better house than the first property we wanted to buy. If Alice didn't know Crow Point and the other active realtors we would have ended up in a bidding war for the house we bought. That knowledge of the area found us a great house and saved us considerable money. Alice knows the market and she knows the people. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
