This was my first time selling a house and she was absolutely amazing. There were a few unexpected issues and before she even called she had referrals, quotes and solutions already lined up. She always kept me informed and answered many questions. Her advice was always spot on. She knows EVERYTHING about a wide range of topics. I was able to close within 3 months of listing. I can’t stress enough how exceptional she is at problem solving. I had already moved out of state and she made the distance easy to manage.

Let me tell you about Alison- she has been this outstanding source of joy and kind commitment, not once but twice in our lives! During the purchase of our amazing home when we upgraded in 2016, and then helped us sell our first home right afterwards, to now, with our pending home buying experience. If you want someone who will help you do it all, or just follow your lead for what you are wanting, this is THE agent to use. She has fantastic connections as well, and if she cannot be there for something with you, she WILL get someone just as dedicated to help you see the homes that you need to, in your time frame. We’re going to trust her to help sell our current home next as we transition into a new place.
