Absolutely amazing realtor, I've worked with realtors before but never one that knew exactly what I wanted even when I couldn't articulate it. Perfectly professional and checked in every step of the way with advice, help, and knowledge to help everything go smoother than it has ever gone before. I wouldn't want to go with anyone else.

We were a family moving down to the Bloomington/Normal area from a Chicago Suburb. Allison was a referral from my mother-in-law and I am so happy we connected. We started to consider a move in early 2021 and at that time we jumped on a call with her to meet and start to create a "want/need" list. Over the next few months (we were not in a rush as that time), she sent us listings and kept in contact. It wasn't until about September, we were ready to seriously consider a move. I feel like we went from 0 to 100 and Allison kept up with us the whole time. She was very respectful with our time (as we would have to travel down on weekends) and was able to secure the showings we were interested in the limited time we had. Not to mention, we were selling up North so there was another level of effort to make sure we had a smooth transition between selling, finding a house, and closing in a timely manner. The market in Fall of 2021 was still as crazy as ever and with her determination and guidance we were able to bid correctly and get the house we wanted! She is a professional but takes the next step by caring about her clients and listening to their wants... even though those wants may change or get pushed aside when the inventory is so low a buyer may feel desperate. She ALWAYS had our best interest at hand and knew what we ultimately wanted/needed. Thanks to her, we did NOT settle at all. We were also impressed that she reached out and asked if there were any services we wanted done before we moved in. She secured a house cleaning and carpet cleaning and we literally just had to pay the bill. So incredibly convenient when you are in the stress of moving. I absolutely would recommend Allison to anyone moving in the Bloomington/Normal area. She is a rock star! We also had contact with Phyllis from the team and she was also helpful. Phyllis was more behind the scenes but she was always quick with response and shared information with us that also helped with the transition. Thank you two you both very much!

Allison Smith helped me purchase my first home recently and did an excellent job! As a first-time home buyer, I knew little about the home buying process but Allison did a great job educating me and patiently answering all of my questions. Her knowledge and experience of homes and the home buying process ended up helping me enormously. She went above and beyond what was ever expected of her and words cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful job Allison has done!

Allison was Great! We were lucky to have a realtor who was flexible and willing to go above and beyond! With the pandemic and limited number of houses, Allison worked fast and efficient to get us showings. She was always available. Can't thank her enough for helping us find our first home!

I have worked with Allison over 10 years through the purchase and sell of my first home. I had to relocate fairly quickly and she took care of the process while I was out of town. Everything was seamless and her organizing skills were impeccable. I was update on a real-time basis and she ensured my voice was heard in both transactions. She has even extended her assistance to help me find resources in my new city. This is one of the best and most comfortable client relationships I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Allison for any real estate transaction.
