I am truly blessed to have found Amanda as my realtor. My journey for a new home started in February 2021. We were put on hold due to extenuating circumstances but had faith it would only be temporary. Amanda understood my situation and was by my side the whole step of the way. She was patient, professional, and most importantly, supportive. Once I was ready to make an offer and found "the one" the challenges continued, but this time it was delays from the seller. Still, she was completely professional and supportive. I finally signed on a new home in June 2022 and am truly grateful she was there for me throughout the process!

Amanda is the best! Our family has used her services for several transactions and we will continue to should we need a realtor in the future. She’s always a text or phone call away and is very knowledgeable. We really appreciate her drive and professionalism. We couldn’t recommend her enough.

Amanda was an excellent realtor and help in our recent purchase of an investment property. She was professional and prompt when we met to walk through the different potential properties, and she gave us plenty of time to thoroughly look through each home we were considering to buy. Another aspect of Amanda that we were impressed with was her diligence in working out a price and contract between us and the seller. She took all the stress that can come with making a deal work, off of our shoulders. She is very personable, and we are so thankful to have her as our real estate agent!

Amanda is the most professional and caring person i have ever met! She is willing to do anything and everything to make sure your find the home of your dreams. She helped us purchase and sell our first home and it was the easiest thing ever.

We got connected with Amanda thru our seller in Springfield Mo. From the minute my husband and myself met her we loved her! Amanda is very personable, professional, she could relate to our lives and what we were looking for in a home. She listened to what we wanted and made sure we looked at homes in our price range. Thru the whole process of buying, Amanda was there communicating what was happening with the home buying process. She answered all my questions even the silly ones:) I would recommend her to anyone who is needing a top of the line realtor!!!! We feel very welcomed to Nevada Mo!
