I'm very late with this review, but Amanda is absolutely AMAZING! She was very understanding of my family's moving situation as Active Duty Navy being station in Newport, RI. She listened to our needs for our home, made sound recommendations, paired us with a great lender team, and fought hard for us with the seller to negotiate a great home for the BEST PRICE! She worked tirelessly during the escrow period making sure we hit all the appropriate milestones on time and even got us to close on our home EARLY! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us by following up with us after closing and helping us complete contracted work necessary to satisfy VA Home Loan requirements! If you're in the market to buy a home CALL AMANDA FIRST! You'll be in great hands!

Amanda is awesome. She was very engaged throughout multiple transaction where she represented me once on the buying side and once on the selling side. She answers her phone or returns calls very quickly, same on the text side. She ran an effective marketing campaign and open house on our multi-family house. We were fortunate to get a huge number of offers on our property for sale with various "kinds" of offers and Amanda was able to quickly analyze them and place them in comparable buckets so we could select the top ones and proceed. From there, everything through the closing was smooth and well handled.

Amanda by far was the best realtor we have ever worked with. She would always get back to us right away if we had any questions or concerns. We needed to buy a house in RI. while we were still living in Florida for the military and we couldn't be there in person to check out the houses but, Amanda would check out the houses for us and send us lots of pics. We worked with her for many months trying to get into a house in this crazy market. Now we are in the perfect house for us and we are thankful to have had a realtor we knew we could trust and count on because she was always looking out for our best interests. Me and my husband highly recommend Amanda if your looking for a wonderful, trustworthy realtor. Thank you Amanda for all that you did for us. You are the best! Deanna C

I would not recommend this agent!! Horrible experience. She did not represent my home as a seller and would not let me sign a release form to cancel my contract. I am stuck with her for six months!!! I had potential buyers wanting to see my property and she would say to them "Did you ride by because it doesn't have a backyard?" Amanda does not represent her clients best interest.

Amanda is THE BEST realtor I have worked with! She's very friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Any questions or concerns I had she answered right away. From beginning to end she made the whole house buying process so easy and enjoyable! I highly recommend Hannon Realty to anyone buying or selling a home!
