Mandy did a great job working with me during my year long process of purchasing my first home. I was very picky and we spent a lot of time going to many different homes but she showed ultimate patience with me. It all paid off when I was able to finally purchase a home in a very tough market for buyers. She is excellent at helping you find the right home for you or your family. She also works at all hours of the day/night so you are going to get a quicker answer to your questions than you would expect!

Mandy is beyond amazing! My wife and I spent nearly every weekend with Mandy for 6 months looking for the right home. Doesn’t matter what time of day you call or text her, she’s always quick to respond. She is a very honest realtor that will not shy away from giving her opinion on a home, leading you to make an informed decision when it comes time on putting an offer in. My wife was pregnant during our house hunt so were in a hurry to get into a home before baby came, if it weren’t for Mandy guiding us down the right path we could have walked into some bad decisions. She was very patient making sure we got the right home for us. I’ve worked with a lot of motivated people who are passionate about their jobs and work very hard, I would put Mandy on the TOP of that list. She’s a true fighter and will get you into your dream home as quick, or in our case, as slow as you need. My wife and I looked at MANY MANY homes and met many realtors. We truly believe Mandy is the best realtor in the area. The amount of time we spent with her we consider Mandy a friend. Some people have realtors, we now have a friend who is a realtor! THANKS MANDY!!!

Mandy was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Mandy responded very quickly and you can tell she really loves reality. Mandy went above and beyond. I wish I could give her more stars. If I ever sell or buy another house I will only use Mandy.

We started working with Mandy several months before a military move from TX to Oak Harbor, WA during peak move season. Mandy patiently guided us as first time home buyers and always had time for our questions and concerns. She is extremely honest and was quick to raise personal and professional concerns regarding houses we were interested in. Mandy's video walkthroughs were often the highlight of our week, they were informative and fun. When a house peaked our interest, she was quick to dig up as much information as possible in a timely manner. When we arrived in Oak Harbor, she was ready to roll. Within a day of our arrival we were looking at houses. Within 48 hours we had an offer that was accepted on a house that greatly exceeded our expectations. We cannot thank Mandy enough. She is personable and fun. All of her recommendations were spot on. Mandy eased a lot of our anxiety and never made us feel rushed. She fought to get us everything we wanted and even got us things we were willing to concede. She took us from our initial offer to closing and keys in less than a month! We loved working with Amanda Murdock!

I hadn’t bought a home in a while so I was feeling a bit like a first-time home buyer. There were also some complexities to my situation, including being out of state on a family emergency for an extended time. Mandy went above and beyond and she was gentle but persistent in negotiations. I was able to close two days after I came back home because Mandy handled so many details I hadn’t expected. I’d recommend her to anyone needing someone to trust, and someone who understands your needs and will be honest if she believes something won’t fit your needs.
