From our first contact with Amber, we have had nothing but positive experiences with working with her. She was always professional and knowledgeable, yet friendly and accessible. Whenever I had a question she would quickly return my calls, texts and emails. We looked at several homes in the area, and Amber would not hesitate to take time to arrange a showing of the properties for us. I can confidently recommend Amber as your real estate agent.

At first she was responding quickly. But after I signed the contract, she would take forever to respond, (of course she saw the house as sold, that’s all she cared about)she would just tell me to speak to my lawyer even though she was my agent. My closing was on Thursday and it’s Monday and I still don’t have the house. Mind you, I already sent the money to do closing and I signed all the paperwork since Thursday! She started answering my messages very unprofessional and started canceling my calls. She would just send me to voicemail. I do not recommend her at all. When I was negotiating the price on the house, she would also keep telling me not to go so low on the price but thankfully I insisted on the price I wanted and the seller took it right away.

Amber is very professional yet delightfully down to earth. Immediate responses to emails, voice mail and texts. It seemed more a process of going through the transaction with a close friend rather than with a realtor intent on just making this sale and moving on to the next.
