They have outstanding local knowledge, know how to target the "perfect fit buyer" and most importantly --they were very responsive with superior communication. A true professional, sincerely a delight to team up with and our focus will be certainly be to utilize their talent again for our next home.

My husband and I were delighted to work with Amy Blake from O’Grady Realty (at Delray Sands) on the sale of our Highland Beach condominium. A number of issues complicated the listing and sale of our unit, including new state requirements to fund condominium reserves, high insurance rates, high mortgage rates, and uncertainty about our building’s special assessments. Amy showed our unit while our building was doing noisy and dusty waterproofing work and the common areas were badly in need of renovation. Despite these challenges and the tricky market, Amy sold our condominium for a good price in just over a month. And Amy took care of us every step of the way--doing a careful market analysis, patiently talking us through the issues and options, thinking creatively about advertising, making contacts, working with the purchaser, mortgage company, and title company, and even helping us re-house furniture we didn’t want to move. We think that Amy protected our interests and worked honestly, transparently, and kindly. Amy was a shining star in a challenging transaction!! My husband and I can’t recommend Amy Blake highly enough!! Amy is a gem!

Amy is certainly the most active realtor in Boca-Highland area. She knows all the buildings, the comparable sales and eventual problems. On top of that, she is very available and will schedule a visit as soon as you ask. She has worked for us on both sides (buyer and seller) and was very helpful. On top of it all, she is an attorney and has all the required knowledge to help Buyers and Sellers through the paperwork. Strongly recommended. We have done many purchase and sales and Amy frankly stands out.

Amy is a strong negotiator and attracted multiple offers that exceeded out price expectations that me and husband were looking for. We set a new price high for Villa Magna. The transaction ran very smoothly. Amy pays a lot of attention to detail which was very helpfull. Happy New Year!

Amy was spectacular. She initially met with us and was prepared to discuss all facets of listing our condo unit for sale, from having researched comps to making suggestions on what staging would work in the various rooms. Her photographer was excellent and did a wonderful job in presenting the attributes which made our home so special. Amy was aggressive in all areas of the sales negotiations but engaging enough that potential buyers loved dealing with her. We sold our unit for a higher than expected price in only 15 days. We could not recommend Amy more to anyone looking for a realtor.
