I recently worked with Ray to sell my condo, and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. Sometimes there are bumps in the road in selling real estate and one of the significant challenges we faced was a bank appraisal that significantly undervalued my property. Ray conducted his due diligence and found that there were a few mistakes that he recognized in the appraisal. He recommended challenging the bank appraisal and he took the successful steps to make my case and reverse the low appraisal to get the correct selling price. Amazing work, Ray! Amanda, is an amazing relator. She goes above and beyond to help her clients sell and buy. She has so much knowledge in the home buying process! She also is great at negotiating in this business with other realtors. We could not have gone though this home buying process without her!!!

Amy is very professional and detail oriented in what she does. She goes out of her way to give great information about properties prior to showing them in order to not waste your time. She gets to know her clients and prospects based on what that client is looking for. She also sold a property for me and she does great followup to make sure the property is sold in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend her!

I used Amy to list my home in Oak Ridge, TN in late 2018.
